In this era, which is full of worries and pollution.
Hypertension, stress and many more abnormal conditions are increasing to a threatening
level. Most of the people ask me that how can we boost our happiness? How can
we make happy our self? How to get rid of tension and stress? Today, I will try
to give the answers of all questions mentioned above!
1. Find out what do early
If you complete the most important tasks before than the
less important tasks, then you will be so confident and will feel a happiness
in your soul. Which you can't show you can only feel.
2. Boost your confidence
Don't under estimate yourself. Believe in you strongly.
Think that you can do each and every work. You can complete toughest task.
Always remember nothing is impossible in the world.
3.Boost your progress
You will not practice math for a wedding ceremony. Similarly,
don't put yourself in unrelated tasks. For example, you have to prepare
yourself for a speech. Don't scroll down the scientific websites but scroll the
related sites. Always feel your best qualities, your standards and identify
yourself. This will boost your progress as well as confidence.
4. Hold yourself accountable
Self-accountability is greatest technique to keep yourself
on track. I you want to lead a happy life, then don't let yourself get away
with being unhappy.
5.Build meaningful connections
Some people are like a trash. They don't have a
well-disciplined life routine. Get away from these people. Always remember
"A person is known by the company he keeps". So connect yourself with
meaningful people like intellectuals and philosophers or they people which are
on the way of getting knowledge.
6. Speak up for yourself
When we allow people to walk over us, we become unhappy.
Advocate for your own needs, express yourself and don't let the people to ride
over yourself. Always stay away from the people who try to underestimate,
disturb or tease you.
7.Stay mindful
Sometime world looks scary and threatening. But remain
mindful and don't see only the negative face of world but also see the positive
face of the world. Try to forget negativities of world and be positive. This
will increase self-confidence, happiness and creativity in you.
8.Use your imagination positively
As you know that the human mind is continuously
differentiating between things that are happening in your imagination and in
your real life. So imagine happiness and feel those things which makes you
happy. This will make you happy when you are alone. This technique will bring a
slight smile on your face.
9. Pay your attention to the good
Life is very hard and challenging. Sometimes it creates
serious problems for us and make us worry. The life tries to flirt us. So in this
condition stay confident, passionate and positive. This will not let the
hardships of life to overcome you.
10. Your values and standards
Sometime people make us worry about our values and
standards. In this situation stay self-confident and do what you feel right.
Respect your own ideas and don't let the people to overcome. You can't make
happy the whole world so tries to make yourself happy.
11. Clear your ideas
How will you drive your life forward when you don't even
know that what you are feeling and why? So clear your thoughts and try to get
clarity on your emotions and feelings. This will lead you to a happy life.
12. End negative thinking’s
Sometime we become miserable. We can't stop our self to
think about worries, ruminations, self-judgments, and fear of
rejection. Just get a deep breath and pretend yourself that nothing is happened
in your life. Emphasize on your mind to forget these thoughts.
12. Communicate politely
When we talk with love to others. Other people show love and
respect for us. So be polite and communicate with love and devotions. When you
will treat other kindly they will treat you the same way. This will make you
happy.
13.Take breaks from social media
Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, twitter, google+, LinkedIn,
and YouTube have a negative effect on our happiness. Teak breaks from social
media or change the way you use social media. This will boost your happiness.
14. Morning walk
It is a well-known proverb" Early to bed and early to
rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise". Take a regular morning walk to
garden or a park full with greenery. Fresh oxygen and flower's fragrance will
fill a feel of freshness. It will give you a spiritual peace and happiness.
15. Eat healthy foods but less
Over eating makes you fat and boring. Eat good food but less
in quantity. This will keep you in form. One who is healthy is happier than a
sick one.
