How to be self-committed
It’s a fact
that we start a task after a little motivation but after a while, we lose our
concentration. Then we don’t take an interest in our work. In this way, it is
difficult to achieve a goal. We must be committed to our goal to get good
results. Here a question is raised that how can be a self-committed person. I
will try to solve this problem in this article. Discipline, perseverance,
strong will power, tenacity, hard work, courage, honesty, and faith is necessary
for success.
Create some successful habits

you want to achieve something, keep your eyes open, concentrate and make sure
you know exactly what it is you want. No one can hit their target with their
eyes closed.” -----Paulo Coelho
In our daily
routine many tasks are habitual in our nature. We do them continuously without
any motivation. Some of these habitual tasks you are doing daily since
childhood. Now the key element of success is to adopt some such daily habits
that will draw closer to your aims and goals.
Avoid negative habits
Along with
creative habits there are some habits which are known as negative habits. This
type of habits often causes a great loss of your time or health. If you know
about negative habits in your routine life, replace them with creative ones or
avoid them. For example, use of the internet for a long time, wasting time on
social media like Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, or watching a movie. These
are negative habits these habits waste your time and health loss. For example,
you are addicted to internet browsing and want to get rid of this habit, then
disconnect your internet connection for some days or weeks.
Be accountable to someone
Be
accountable to someone to check how much disciplined you are. I get help from
my teacher to stay focused. My teacher gives me my daily report about my
habits. He helped me to prevent myself from bad habits. Being accountable
helped me to stay focused on my commitment. For example, if you want to make
notes about any subject, then ask your dad or mom to watch you. They inform you
about your weaknesses and strengths. They will help you to prepare notes
without any mistake.
Find fellow people
It is strictly advised to find people who have walked on the path that you have chosen. They will help you with the help of their knowledge and experience. It does not mean that is always right but it means that they have more experience about what is wrong and what is right. So follow those people, which are related to your goals. On the other hand, someone who is unrelated to your interest completely can serve as a watchman. For example, if you want to be wrestler then make a community of the same kind of people. They will help you to be a
successful wrestler.
Focus on small victories
Don’t try to
achieve a massive goal at once, it can destruct your will power. Try to achieve
success in small goals. Focus on these goals and try to achieve them. These small
achievements will draw you closer and closer to your destination. For example,
your goal is to jump 10 feet high and you have to achieve this goal in 10 days. The first day, try to jump 3 feet high. On the second day try to jump 5 feet high. On the third day, try to jump 6 feet high. Gradually increase the height. This will
draw you closer to your goal. One you will be successful. On the other hand, if
you try to jump 10 feet high on first. It may result in severe injury or
muscle cramping.
